Please be advised that the deadline to provide feedback on Medway Council’s Regulation 19 consultation (the Local Plan) is fast approaching and ends on Monday, 11th August, at 11.59 pm.
The Local Plan represents the views of Medway Council on a number of issues, some of which are detailed below, and is expected to have an effect on all residents living in the Medway towns.
* Identifying sites and locations for new homes, services, and businesses
* The protection of the natural environment and heritage
* Improving services such as transport and revitalising town centres
* Supporting healthy communities
* Boosting business development
* Addressing climate change
As per Cllr George Crozer‘s video uploaded to social media earlier today, please find enclosed in your High Halstow Times publication a pre-submission form. Providing you agree with the contents of this letter, please feel free to sign the bottom and return this document to the corner shop on Christmas Lane by Friday, 8th August.
Once received, we will gather these forms and pass them to Medway Council in time for the closing date of Monday, 11th August.
