Regrettably, I write to inform you that Cllr S. Larkin has resigned this afternoon.
Please therefore find attached a copy of the bye-election notice, which will also be on display on all the village noticeboards and will be printed in the next edition of the High Halstow Times.
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank Cllr S. Larkin for all her time and dedication to her role as Parish Councillor.
