Please be advised that following feedback from residents that the main swing frame unit in the High Halstow Recreation Ground is swaying whilst in use, we have had no choice but to temporarily remove the swings whilst we wait for replacement bearings to be sourced and fitted by our contractors.
Unfortunately we understand that these parts can take a couple of weeks to arrive, as they are manufactured outside of the UK, but we will aim to try to have these swings back in operation as soon as possible and in time for the start of the school summer holidays.
