It is with regret, I write to inform you that Cllr B. Williams resigned last Friday.
Please therefore find attached a copy of the bye-election notice, which is also on display on all the village noticeboards and will be printed in the next edition of the High Halstow Times.
We would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank Cllr B. Williams for all his time and dedication, following his years of service as a Parish Councillor.
