Medway Council, along with Kent Police, have been receiving reports of motor vehicles engaging in activities which have been creating excessive noise, annoyance, danger, or risk of harm to people or properties. Reports received also include motorcycles and quad bikes being used on greenspaces, causing a nuisance and concern to local residents.
Medway Council is considering making a Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) to stop activities associated with motor vehicle that create excessive noise, nuisance, danger, or risk of harm to people or properties and as part of a consultation process, Medway Council would welcome your views.
